Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) regulate the usage of the games provided through www.VoodooDreams.com, as well as other URLs licensed to or belonging to SuprPlay Limited, including Duelz.com and NYspins.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website” or “Websites” or “the Company”). These T&Cs, the Privacy and Cookies Policy, the Game Rules and any document expressly referred to in them, as well as any guidelines, rules or similar displayed on the Website constitute the agreement and understanding between the Parties and govern the contractual relationship between SuprPlay and the End Users. You are responsible for reading these T&Cs carefully and make sure you understand them. Should you not agree with these T&Cs you should refrain from using the Websites any further.

1.2. SuprPlay Limited is a company incorporated under the laws of Malta with company registration number C-74595, and having its registered address at 63, Villino Zammit, Triq il-Kbira, Sliema SLM 1541, Malta. SuprPlay Limited forms part of SuprNation Group.

1.3. SuprPlay Limited is here referred to as “SuprPlay”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” and the Player and registered End user shall be referred to as “You”, “Yours”, “User”, “End user” or “the Player”, as and where appropriate. “SuprNation” refers to the SuprNation Group of companies including SuprPlay Ltd.

1.4. SuprPlay Limited is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, under License number 000-048695-R-327029-007. SuprPlay also holds a B2C license (issued on 07th of July 2016, with updated license number MGA/B2C/325/2016 as issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (“MGA”) (www.mga.org.mt), the single Authority and Regulator, responsible issuing of licenses and governance of Gaming in Malta. SuprPlay also holds a remote gambling licence (no. 18Li7522) as issued by the Swedish Gambling Authority.

1.5. When playing any games available on our Website/s, all deposits, withdrawals and other player management responsibilities are the sole responsibility of SuprPlay Ltd, Malta, and any other company providing gaming products on the Website are solely software providers and have no responsibility towards the players for the management of funds on Your member account.

1.6. “Games”, “the Games” or “Game” refer to any of the games or gaming products provided on the Websites.

1.7. These T&Cs also apply to all platforms and devices that enable game play of games provided by SuprPlay, whether through web applications or downloadable applications on any platform or device type.

1.8. SuprPlay reserves the right to modify these T&Cs, from time to time, for any reasons, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as other regulatory requirements. Consequently this agreement between you and SuprPlay may be modified by us at any time. Whenever an amendment is made of substantial nature, we will notify you in advance of such changes coming into effect. If you do not agree to the updated T&Cs you must immediately stop using the Website. These T&Cs shall be available on the respective Front Page of the Website at all times, including at the registration stage before you sign up and register as a customer.

1.9. It is advisable to review these T&Cs, and any respective rules of games you chose to participate in, on a regular basis and not less than once a month, in order to not forget their contents.

1.10. These T&Cs come into effect by confirming your registration details in the registration process on the Website. By registering an account with SuprPlay, you agree that you have read and understood these T&Cs. By using any of the Websites you acknowledge that you have accepted and agreed to the contents contained therein.

1.11. These Terms & Conditions may be published in different languages and SuprPlay will strive to ensure these T&Cs shall reflect the same principles, no matter what language. Publishing the T&Cs in different languages is done for information purposes in order to help players. Should there nevertheless be any discrepancies between a specific language version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Your Obligations

2.1. You may only open one account on each of the Websites provided by us. SuprPlay retains the right to terminate any duplicate or multiple accounts.

2.1.1 We reserve the right to close any account where we have reasonable evidence to show that it is linked to an account that has breached any of our terms and conditions (including Bonus terms).

2.2 If you open, or attempt to open, more than one account per site, for whatever reason, SuprPlay has the right, and may block or close any or all of your accounts at our discretion. SuprPlay may also at its sole discretion void all the wagers that have been placed in the duplicate or multiple accounts. In case SuprPlay decides to leave any one of the multiple accounts open, it will be the first account that you opened with SuprPlay or the account which has the most activity, whichever We determine the case to be, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. SuprPlay will deduct an administrative fee of 10% (minimum GBP 30 or equivalent) for every other account you opened as well should you breach the one account rule as applicable herein.

2.3. By registering on the Website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age. It is a criminal offence to gamble whilst being under age. SuprPlay shall take steps to verify your age and you agree to supply SuprPlay with any relevant information, including copies of identity documents (such as valid ID Card copy, drivers’ licence copy or passport copy) or any other document as required, and, which we request. We must verify your age prior to your having gambled on our Website/s, this at the registration stage. If we are not able to verify your age at this time, you will not be able to use your account to deposit or gamble until your age has been successfully confirmed. Should the age verification checks show that you are under 18 years of age, your deposits will be returned to you and any other offers shall be voided. SuprPlay reserves its right to perform background checks and use third party providers who offer verification services or tools for such checks, whether relating to age or identity.

2.4. You are solely responsible for the details of your player account. This includes, but shall not be limited to, the username and password and/or any other means to access your account via the respective Website. In case you suspect that such information could have been compromised, you must immediately inform SuprPlay and take proper actions to prohibit or prevent any unauthorised access to any part of your account or funds. Should you be aware of any unauthorized access, you may contact us via phone, email or Live Chat available 24/7 and accessible on the Website main page. You may also use the Live Chat function to report any breaches of T&Cs or game rules or to immediately notify SuprPlay of any cheating or suspected cheating when playing the Games.

2.5. You shall use the Games on your own behalf and not on the behalf of any other person or company. Only private individuals may hold an account with SuprPlay. For clarity purposes; company accounts, or accounts opened for, or on behalf of, anyone but a natural person acting on his or her own behalf, are not permitted. An Account must only be held by an individual natural person. Furthermore, you shall not share your login credentials, or otherwise allow any other individual to access and/or use your SuprPlay account or accept any Prize or access and participate in any of the SuprPlay services. You understand that you are fully liable for any losses incurred by a third party on your Account and you shall immediately inform us should you suspect that a third party has obtained unausthorised access to your Account. Furthermore, you agree to fully assist us in our investigations into such matter, should we so request and to provide any documentation or information that may assist us in our investigations.

2.6. You may only participate in the Games strictly in your personal non-professional capacity, and solely for recreational and entertainment reasons.

2.7. You are aware that the right to access and use the Website/s and any products there offered, may be considered illegal in certain countries. Consequently, you are responsible in determining whether your accessing and using our website is compliant with the applicable laws in your country and you warrant to us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside or from where you are accessing your gambling account. 2.8. You are not allowed to transfer funds from your account to another player’s account, or to receive money from other players into your account (so called “buddy transfers”). SuprPlay accounts are not transferable and it is prohibited for players to sell, transfer or acquire accounts from other players.

2.9. As an End User you are responsible for providing SuprPlay with correct personal details and contact information. Consequently, you agree that all information that you give us, such as but not limited to, valid identification, address and email, during the term of validity of this agreement, is complete and true, and that you shall immediately notify us should there be changes to such information. Should SuprPlay become aware that you have deliberately failed to provide us with correct information (or we have sufficient evidence to reasonably suspect as much), we retain the right to block the account and retain all funds if required to do so in order to comply with general regulatory obligations.

2.10. You may participate in any Game provided on our Website/s only if you have enough funds on your account for such participation.

2.11. You may only use our sites and products for your own personal, recreational use, in accordance with the rules and the T&Cs we have established and in accordance with all laws, rules and regulations, if and where applicable.

2.12. You shall be courteous to other players using the Websites, as well as support personnel employed by SuprPlay and avoid rude or obscene comments. Any non-observance of this clause and of the game rules shall not be tolerated under any circumstance and SuprPlay may close your account/s should there be a breach of this provision.

3. Your Account

3.1. In order for you to be able to place wagers and deposit money, you must first register personally with us and open an account (“account”).

3.2.1. You are only allowed to have one account on each of the Websites at any single point in time and you shall register this personally. You may not apply for, or open, an Account unless you are acting as principal and you may not act on behalf of someone else or for someone else’s benefit and may only register using your own personal details.If you allow your gambling account / details to be used for gambling by person(s) who are self-excluded so as to bypass player protection controls, your account will be closed, winnings confiscated and we may only pay back that which remains of your deposit balance, If you attempt to open more than one account, all subsequent accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any wagers and bonuses or any other promotion may be voided, at our absolute discretion and funds available on the account may be confiscated if required to do so in order to comply with general regulatory obligations. In the event that we consider, at our sole discretion, that multiple Accounts have been opened in genuine error, we may agree to credit the first Account you opened with us, or the Account with the most activity at our absolute discretion, with any balance remaining on your additional Account(s). Should we have reasonable grounds to believe that fraud has been committed, or attempted, we reserve the right to cancel any related transaction, any bonus or any other promotion without prejudice to any other action or redress we might avail ourselves of. In these T&Cs, any reference to ‘fraud’ shall be considered to include ‘bonus abuse’ and/or any syndicate rings consisting of the linked group of persons following certain patterns of play to attempt to de-fraud SuprPlay. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, opening more than one Account in order to claim an additional bonus or benefit.

3.2.2. Only one Account for each household, IP address and device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and device, the respective account holders must immediately inform SuprPlay thereof.

3.3. You must enter all mandatory information requested in the registration process and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide to us is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that we carry out verification procedures and that your Account may be blocked for access, or closed, if we have reasonable evidence to suspect that false or misleading information has been supplied to us by you. You are required to inform SuprPlay as to any updates, as well as to keep up to date the mandatory information provided in the registration form in the event that such information would change.

3.4. You must immediately notify us if you notice that you have more than one registered Account under any one of the Websites owned and operated by SuprPlay. Failure to do so may lead to your Account being blocked and funds confiscated if required to do so in order to comply with general regulatory obligations.

3.5. You will have to choose a username and password as part of the registration process, to be used to log in to the Website. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely and you must not disclose your login details to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Account, including your funds, by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.

3.6. SuprPlay reserves the right, in line with our regulatory obligations and licence conditions to request documents to verify the following about you a) the identity / address of the registered End user; b) the authorisation of the End user to use a specific payment method c) any facts and information provided to SuprPlay by the End user including residence and location and d) the source of funds / regular income used to fund your current / future play with us If play has been funded via a third party to the account, we may be required to seek documents / information relating to said third party to meet our license obligations also. This allows us to not only comply with our licence conditions but to provide a safe playing environment for our players. You agree to comply with such requests in a timely manner. Any such requests may be made in line with our licence conditions, regulatory obligations and internal policies and procedures. We reserve the right to suspend an account pending any investigations and verifications if such due diligence requests are not complied with in a reasonable timeframe.

3.7. SuprPlay reserves the right to refuse or close an Account at its sole discretion However, any contractual obligations already made by SuprPlay shall, without prejudice to any rights available at law to SuprPlay, be honored accordingly, provided the account has been verified and requests for any documentation fulfilled before any withdrawals may be processed.

3.8. You understand and accept that SuprPlay strictly prohibits player collusion and does not allow the use of robotic, automated, mechanical, electronic or other devices to make automated decisions in any game or in respect of any wager on its sites, whether such use is attempted or effected by you or by any third parties. Should we have reasonable suspicion that any such device is being used on the sites, we reserve the right to void any wager that we suspect has been made using such a device and exclude any customer from participation in any further promotion or competition in which we suspect that such a device has been used. You are also prohibited from utilising an external resource that is designed to provide a player with an unfair advantage over other players. Such prohibited external resources may include, but are not limited to, third-party software applications and databases as well as websites, web-based databases, subscription services and the assistance of any other person regardless of whether or not that person is also the holder of a SuprPlay account. We may also suspend the Account in question pending investigation into the matter and close the Account at our sole discretion. SuprPlay considers the use of such devices to be equal to fraud and reserves the right not to refund any spent funds on the Account at the time of termination if required to do so in order to comply with general regulatory obligations, and to cancel any pending games.

3.9.1. If you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time, by contacting customer support by email at support-en@Duelz.com or via live chat or by calling +44 7481 345581. Any funds in the SuprPlay Account will be returned to you, provided that any pending or necessary KYC requests for the purposes of compliance with any legal or general regulatory obligations have been fulfilled and no breaches of these T&Cs are found to have occured. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the T&Cs, however any obligations already entered into shall be honored.

3.9.2. In case the reason for closing of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction or problem gambling, the player shall indicate it. A player who closes an account for gambling addiction reasons shall therefore also be excluded by SuprPlay and such exclusion shall apply to any other accounts held by you on any other sister sites belonging to SuprPlay. You shall not open or attempt to open a new SuprPlay account, this whether on the same or different Website owned and operated by SuprPlay, at any time using the same, similar or different personal details. SuprPlay shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequential damages, should an individual succeed in opening a new account or accounts on any Website belonging to SuprPlay after the closure and self-exclusion of the first account/s due to problem gambling issues or gambling addiction. SuprPlay reserves the right to close an account opened in breach of this rule on detection of the same.

3.10 SuprPlay reserves the right to under certain conditions (as described in these T&Cs) close your account. When your account is closed for any reason, SuprPlay will promptly pay out the balance on the player account to you pending document / information requests in line with our licence conditions and general regulatory obligations. However, SuprPlay will only pay back that which remains of the deposits made by you if your account is closed because you have been excluded from gambling as a result of misconduct.

3.11. All communication between the End user and SuprPlay is kept on record for compliance, as well as accounting and financial regulations’ purposes. In the case a player account is closed, any information about the account is saved for up to five (5) years, or longer if stipulated by law, from the time the account is closed, or as otherwise indicated within SuprPlay’s data retention policy on the basis of applicable laws. Related information includes player’s full name and surname, address, phone number, email, IP address and transactional details. After the relevant time period has elapsed all the information will be deleted accordingly.

3.12. SuprPlay has the right to appoint payment solution providers to act, receive and/or pay funds on its behalf.

3.13. You may not apply for an Account or use any of our Services if you, or a member of your household, are or have in the last two years been employed with SuprPlay. For the purposes of this clause “employee” includes third party contractors such as licensors, software suppliers, developers or partners and all those persons in any way affiliated with us.

3.14. If you want to recover funds from your account after it has been closed, blocked, terminated, or excluded, you may request the same by email at support-en@Duelz.com.

4. Deposits

4.1. Before you can wager or play on the Website, we require you to make a minimum deposit. The minimum, and maximum, deposit amounts will be specified on the Website under the deposit section of the site or on our dedicated Payment Information Page for information about available deposit methods, minimum and maximum deposits, fee structure and time. You acknowledge that you may only wager and play with the amount of cleared funds held in your SuprPlay account. We do not extend credits to End-Users under any circumstances. You can make a deposit at any time online by using your debit or credit card, e-wallet, pre-paid voucher,via a bank transfer or other payment method specific on the site. We do not accept cash or cheques. Certain payment methods may not be available to you depending on certain factors such as jurisdiction and currency. SuprPlay retains the right to change any payment method / minimum amount indicated at any time and the current minimum amount will be published on the payment pages.

4.2. By depositing funds into your account, You direct Us and We agree to hold them, along with any winnings, for the sole and specific purpose of using them (i) to place any gaming stakes; and (ii) to settle any fees or charges that you might incur in connection with the use of our services. We may charge assigned fees for processing deposits. If such fees are applied, it will be visible to the end user during the deposit process and shall also be displayed in the deposit section on the Website.

4.3. Depositing funds into your account shall at all times be made through a Financial Institution or a Payment Solution Provider, by use of any of the methods specified on the Website, as may be amended from time to time. Procedures, terms, availability and duration for transactions may vary depending on the time, the country and the Financial Institution used. Details about the timings for withdrawals in respect to the payment method utilized are available on the relevant pages of the Website, and these may be amended from time to time. From time to time your card transactions may be processed by different payment providers that we are partnering with.

4.4 Deposited funds are available on the Account within a reasonable amount of time following the confirmation of the deposit made, unless extra verification procedures as stated under clause 4.5 are required.

4.5. In line with our licence conditions, SuprPlay reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (KYC, or Know Your Client), both before and after effecting deposits into your Account. SuprPlay also reserves the right to request information and documentation evidencing your affordability in terms of gambling, including your expected level of spend.

4.6. If SuprPlay mistakenly credits your Account with winnings, or loyalty points that do not belong to you, whether this is due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of SuprPlay and the amount will be transferred back to us from your Account. We reserve the right to void any transactions placed using such funds, including related winnings paid out in error. To satisfy any such liability, we further reserve the right to freeze and withhold these funds and set-off any subsequent winnings owed to you. If prior to SuprPlay becoming aware of the error, you would have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available to us at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by you to SuprPlay. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify our Customer Support services immediately by email, and you shall be obliged to return the funds to SuprPlay immediately.

4.7. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from your Account, you acknowledge that you shall only use payment methods that are valid and issued by lawful institutions and that legally belong to you solely. The use of company cards / company payment methods; or the use of jointly owned payment methods is strictly prohibited From April 14th, 2020, we prohibit the use of credit cards. If we come to know in the course of monitoring your account, that credit card funds have been used to fund your play (even indirectly), the payment method used to indirectly deposit with, will be disabled.

4.8. The minimum deposit amount can be viewed on our Payment Information page , provided the minimum deposit may be subject to change from time to time at SuprPlay’s discretion.

4.9. It is unlawful to deposit money from ill-gotten means. In accordance with our anti-fraud policies, we reserve the right to pay any requested withdrawal partly or in total via the same method of payment and/or to the same account through which one or more deposits were made. We further reserve the right to pay any requested withdrawal directly to your bank account.

4.10. The GBP currency will be selected as a default for UK customers and only GBP shall be accepted.

4.11. Deposits made to your SuprPlay account should be commensurate with game play. If in SuprPlay’s discretion, there is suspicion of abuse (for instance, where a deposited amount has not been used for an appropriate level of game play and the user then makes a withdrawal request in relation to that deposited amount, or where SuprPlay suspects that you are abusing exchange rate fluctuations, we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to cancel the respective deposit(s), and/or any related withdrawals, in part or in full, to retract any costs that may have resulted in conjunction therewith and to close the SuprPlay account indefinitely. We further reserve the right to request and obtain, inter alia, satisfactory proof of source of funds used to fund your play with us and additional copies of personal identification in such instances prior to processing any withdrawal request, the processing of such request to be entirely at SuprPlay’s discretion.

4.12. You agree that the funds deposited in your Account must only be used for playing the Games which are found on our Website/s. We shall be entitled to suspend or close your account if we reasonable consider, or have reason to believe, that you are depositing funds without any intention of place wagers or gaming stakes. In such circumstances we may also report this to relevant authorities.

4.13. SuprPlay does not grant any credit for the use of its services. Furthermore, no interest may be charged should there be a delay in the processing of funds as part of routine withdrawal processes, and SuprPlay shall in no way be responsible for delays by third party processors of such funds, including but not limited to banks and payment service providers.

4.14. You acknowledge that we shall have the right to block a SuprPlay Account should we receive a chargeback request or similar dispute over a financial transaction in relation to that Account. When a chargeback request or similar dispute over a financial transaction has been received, we may contact you as the registered End user, so as to seek confirmation of your identity. Reminders may be sent should the requested confirmation not be received. Compliance-related fees may apply in such cases and the balance of your SuprPlay account may decrease in the case of unduly incurred chargebacks, reversals or other charges we may sustain in relation to your account. You are to note that any remaining funds held in a SuprPlay account which has been blocked due to a chargeback request, shall be treated as though they were funds on an Inactive account and the procedure laid down under section 7 of these T&Cs shall apply.

5. Withdrawals

5.1.1. Available withdrawal options are clearly stated on the Website/s and may differ depending on the jurisdiction from which the Player originates.

5.1.2. Withdrawals will be made to your bank account or other withdrawal methods available to you to choose from under the “Withdrawal” pages and/or as chosen by SuprPlay. Please see our dedicated Payment Information Pages for the current fee structure and time to execute withdrawals. Whenever possible, SuprPlay shall pay your withdrawals by using the same method you would have utilized to make your deposits. Withdrawal payments may only be made in the name of and to the registered End user. Withdrawals may only be remitted to the original source of funds used for deposit. Where this is not possible, such withdrawals will be made to a bank account held in your name and we may seek evidence proving ownership of the same.

5.2. It will not be possible to withdraw funds marked as “Bonus money”.

5.3. SuprPlay will carry out additional verification procedures for any deposits exceeding the 2000 GBP, and we further reserve the right to carry out such verification procedures also in case of lower deposits/pay-outs if deemed necessary by SuprPlay in line with our licence conditions, general regulatory obligations and internal risk based policies and procedures. Such verifications may include but shall not be limited to, copies of an end user’ ID document (eg: passport / driving licence, ID card); proof of address document (e.g. utility bill); payment method; face verification (selfie with ID) and proof of income and source of wealth/funds used to fund your play/future play with us (eg: payslip and corresponding bank statement). We will contact you when this information / verification is required. To discharge our licence obligations, we may ask for additional verification in the future based on your play/activity so please note this is not an exhaustive list. To avoid any potential future delay with your withdrawal, you can proactively provide this documentation to us at any time by accessing our verification page when you login. 5.4. All transactions shall be checked in order to prevent money laundering. SuprPlay, the Regulator and any Governing body (including the NCA in the UK and the FIAU in Malta) can monitor, or request to review, all transactions to prevent money laundering from taking place. SuprPlay shall report any suspicious transactions to the relevant competent authorities in the jurisdiction they would respectively fall under and in which SuprPlay is licensed to operate. Should we be made aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of our Games, we shall report this to the relevant authorities immediately. SuprPlay may suspend, block or close an Account and withhold any funds therein, if required to do so in accordance with the applicable prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism laws and regulations or any other general regulatory requirements. It shall also be your responsibility to let us know if you are a politically exposed person (“PEP”) in your country of residence or in any other country, and you may do so by contacting us via email or live chat at any time, provided that SuprPlay reserves the right to make necessary checks to conclude whether you are a PEP or not in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

5.5. Please be advised that our products are consumed instantly during gameplay. Thus, we cannot provide refunds, returns of monies, or cancellation of the requested service when playing (unless required under our license conditions)If you play a game with real money, the money will be drawn from your player account instantly.

5.6. You shall not treat SuprPlay as a financial institution nor expect/be due any interest.

SuprPlay reserves the right to charge an administrative fee should you request a withdrawal without having turned over an amount that is equal to, or more than, the sum of a deposit that has not been staked. 11.6. You understand and acknowledge that by playing Games provided by us, you take the risk of losing money deposited into your account. Should you not wish to accept this, you are kindly asked to refrain from using this site or any site belonging to SuprNation or SuprPlay any further.

11.7. You declare that you are not and shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to the participation in any of the Games and that you shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for your participation in any of the Games for examples VPN or proxies We hereby reserve the right to void any wagers and confiscate any funds if required to do so in order to comply with general regulatory obligations, should we reasonably suspect such behaviour.

11.8. SuprPlay may suspend, block or close an Account and withhold any funds therein, if required to do so in accordance with the applicable prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism laws and regulations or any other general regulatory requirements.

11.9. Should we delay or fail to enforce our rights under these T&Cs, this does not mean that we are losing or waiving the rights afforded by them where set timelines have not been set out. The same shall also apply to you.

11.10. We will not be liable to you for any breach of these T&Cs which arises because of any circumstances that we cannot be reasonably expected to control.

11.11 If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that you have participated in any of the activities listed below (each a “Prohibited Activity“) then we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the balance and/or recover from your Account deposits, pay-outs, bonuses, and/or any winnings that are attributable to those Prohibited Activities.

11.11.1 Prohibited Activities:

a) if you have deliberately or fraudulently opened more than one active Account in a single brand; b) if you deliberately or fraudulently provide incorrect or misleading information while registering for a Account; c) if the name registered on your Account does not match the name on the financial/bank account and/or the card(s) used to make deposits on that Account; d) if you use or attempt to use robotic, automated, mechanical, electronic or other devices to make automated decisions in any Game or in respect of any bet placed on our Website, or you use any external resource that is designed to provide an unfair advantage over other players; e) if you attempt to use your Account through a VPN, proxy or similar service that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location, or by otherwise providing false or misleading information regarding your citizenship, location or place of residence; f) if you are identified as “Politically Exposed Person”; g) if you become bankrupt; h) if you are located in any Restricted Jurisdiction; i) if you have allowed someone else to use your Account or if you make bets or wagers using the Website through a third party or on behalf of a third party; j) if you have played in cooperation with other player(s) on the Website as part of a club, group, etc., or placed bets or wagers in a coordinated manner with other player(s) on the Website involving the same (or materially the same) selections; k) if we have received a chargeback and/or a return notification in relation to your Account; l) if you are found to be colluding, cheating, money laundering or undertaking any kind of fraudulent activity in relation to your Account or your use of the Games or m) if you have used a system designed specifically to defeat our gaming systems (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems such as bots); or n) if you materially breach these Terms in some other way.

12. Promotions and Bonuses

12.1. From time to time we may offer bonuses, rewards, promotions and/or competitions which are governed by these Terms and any separate terms and conditions which apply specifically to the relevant bonus/reward/promotion/competition. Any promotions, bonuses, rewards or special gifts credited to your Account will be subject to and must be used in adherence with these separate terms and conditions as well as these Terms.

12.1.1 So as to not encourage problem gambling, players whom we reasonably believe and determine are at-risk of problem gambling, are not eligible for bonuses, promotions, offers, cashback etc. These bonuses, promotions, offers, cashback, will only be honoured for players who are not at-risk of problem gamblnig up to the point in time when we assess them as at-risk of problem gambling.

12.2. If there’s any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms and conditions, the promotion-specific terms and conditions will to that extent take precedence.

12.3. If we notice that the Offer is being abused and/or our terms are being breached, we may take the following actions against such abusers:

12.3.1 Revoke and/or cancel any Bonuses and Bonus winnings that we regard may have been redeemed by misuse of the system; and/or 12.3.2 Players found to be abusing Bonus offers may be barred from receiving further Bonuses; and/or 12.3.3 Abusing player accounts may be terminated.

12.4. A list of what may be deemed abuse may include but is not limited to: Using more than one account; Equal, zero or low margin bets; Betting more than the Maximum bet allowed when using Bonus Money per bet until such a time as the Wagering Requirements have been met; Wagering bonuses on excluded games; Collusion; Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other technical forms of abuse or other behaviour which amounts to deliberate cheating; and Masking IP address or using a VPN. Evidence of a series of contradictory bets placed by a customer or group of customers within the same betting market with the final goal of achieving profits regardless of the final outcomes of the bets placed, or any other type of abusive behaviour. Moving from large bets that are placed on high variance outcomes, and after a large win switching to normal variance outcomes with smaller bets with the purpose of clear wagering requirements.

13. Severability

13.1. If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these T&Cs and all other provisions shall remain in force and unaffected by any such severance.

14. Assignment

14.1. We reserve the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer this agreement. You on the other hand shall not assign or otherwise transfer this agreement.

15. Entire Agreement

15.1. These T&Cs constitute the entire understanding between you and us with respect to the use of our Websites and, save in the case of fraud, they shall supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals and agreements, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and us with respect to the Websites.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

16.1. These T&Cs are governed by the Laws of England and Wales.

16.2. The Parties agree that any legal dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the England and Wales’ courts. SuprPlay nor any other company forming part of the SuprNation Group of companies cannot and shall not be liable for any complaint or claim filed or made on the basis of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
