1. Two regulators, two countries. – Payz funds sit with IPS Solutions Ltd in Cyprus, regulated by the Central Bank of Cyprus (EMI licence 115.1.3.28). The Payz Mastercard is sponsored by PSI-Pay Ltd in the UK, FCA FRN 900011. Some UK casinos prefer e-money providers that are entirely FCA-regulated for their compliance work, so they skip Payz at the cashier.
