Game Features, House Edge and How to Win Real Money
This variant is played with eight decks, from which all 10s have been removed. It features superb quality graphics, which Playtech are famed for. At first glance, you can see that this game differs from the classic version of blackjack. After placing your initial bet, the dealer is dealt one card face up. At this point, you have the option to place an additional Double Attack bet, if you think that the dealer is likely to have a weaker hand than your own. You can split pairs and draw as many more cards as you like to each hand, with the exception of split aces, for which you can only draw one additional card. A split hand can also be split again, up to a maximum of four times. You also have the option to double at any time, even after splitting. If the dealers first card is an ace, you will have the option to take insurance. In this variant, the dealer must stand on soft 17.

|RTP:||99.5 – 99.53%|
|Side Bets:||Bust It!|
The game also offers an optional Bust It! side bet. This is an independent wager on the dealer busting with exactly three cards. This extra bet is not affected by splitting, doubling or surrendering. There are various different payouts for the side bet, depending on the dealer’s hand. Should the dealer get three suited 8s, you will bag the largest payout of 200:1. There are also other payouts which vary according to which card causes the dealer to bust. Whilst the game has a high RTP of 99.5 – 99.53%, the theoretical return for the side bet is lower at 91.99%. Yet, despite the lower theoretical return, the side bet can add more thrill and excitement to the game. As for the other payouts, a winning hand and Blackjack pay 1 to 1, and insurance pays 5 to 2.
A Great Twist on the Classic Card Game
The innovative Double Attack bet provides a unique slant on the traditional game of blackjack. Plus, the addition of the Bust It! side bet provides more fun and can make the game even more engaging, whilst at the same time providing the opportunity to pocket some impressive payouts. If you enjoy trying something a bit different, there are various other interesting blackjack variants from Playtech that you could also try. These include 21 Duel Blackjack and Blackjack Switch. On the other hand, if you’d prefer a simple, straightforward, traditional style game, I would recommend trying Blackjack Pro.
