New & Updated Casino Reviews
We update a UK casino review when the data behind it changes, and the table below logs the date of the latest change. For instance, bonus terms change very fast, so an updated offer is the most common entry here. Pros and cons are updated alongside game counts, featured software providers, and virtually every other relevant factor.
Start with the top-rated table below, or jump straight to the A to Z list if you already have a brand in mind. Every site here holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, so it is safe to say that this page features only online casino reviews UK players can rely on.

What is the most trusted online casino in the UK?
We do not name a single most trusted online casino, because the Top 10 above is our current selection rather than a league table. Every brand on it has passed our two entry checks.
Safer gambling tools and dispute resolution are not entry checks. They count towards Safety & Licensing instead, and a score below 2 out of 5 on that factor adds a warning box to the review. The brand then comes off every best or top-rated list until we rescore it.
Each brand’s own score sits in the A to Z table below and on its full review. Most trusted is not the same as most suitable, so check that a site fits your payment method and games.
All UK Casino Reviews, A to Z
Below is a list of all the UK casino reviews we currently maintain. The list covers licensed sites only, from the household names to the smaller brands that do one thing well. Use the search box, or sort the list by rating or payout rate. If a brand is missing from the list, either we have not reviewed it yet or it no longer accepts players in Great Britain. Payout % is each operator’s average return to player across its game library, taken from the operator’s published or lab-audited figure where one exists and otherwise calculated by our research team from the games on offer. Figures live in our operator records and are refreshed with each review update. Min. Deposit is the lowest deposit the account accepts across all payment methods, not the deposit a welcome offer requires.

How We Rate a Casino, at a Glance
Every review on this site carries one rating, and every rating is built the same way. We score a casino from 1 to 5 on nine criteria and combine the marks into a weighted average, which is the score shown on the review. Scoring only starts once the casino has passed two entry checks, an active UK Gambling Commission licence and GAMSTOP integration. A casino that fails either one is not scored at all.
Our how we rate casinos page sets out the nine criteria, what a top and a low score look like for each, and how to read a rating.
How can you tell if an online casino is legit?
A legitimate gaming site shows a UK Gambling Commission account number in its footer. You can look that number up on the Commission’s public register, which lists the licensee, the status of the licence and the domains it covers. If the number is missing, the licence has been surrendered, or the record does not list the casino’s web address, stop there. Our step-by-step licence check walks you through the register search.
Three further signs are worth a minute each, and our online gambling reviews score all three. Safer gambling tools should be easy to find, not buried. Payout rates need to be published and independently audited rather than just asserted, and the bonus terms should be clear. These signs only count once a casino has passed the entry checks, which every one of our best casino reviews runs first.
Who Writes and Fact-Checks These Reviews
Every one of our online casino reviews is produced by an editorial team and signed off by James Awland, our chief editor. The data points you see in these online gambling reviews, from payout speeds to licence numbers, are verified by a small but highly dedicated research team before publication, and any content concerning UK regulation undergoes a separate compliance check.
That editorial and compliance audit runs across each operator, and it is why these are independent casino reviews. When a casino changes its offer, closes or leaves the UK market, its review is updated and the change is dated in the log at the top of this page.
Responsible Gambling: What We Check For
Safer gambling tools are scored inside Safety & Licensing, one of the nine criteria behind every rating. Gambling is for over-18s and should never be a way to make money. If it stops being fun, free and confidential help is available 24/7 on the National Gambling Helpline (0808 8020 133), and from GambleAware and GamCare.
Also, detailed information about deposit limits, reality checks and self-exclusion through GAMSTOP must be easy to find and simple to use. For the tools, UK rules and support organisations in full, read the full responsible gambling guide.
Closed Casinos We Used to Review
Sometimes, gaming sites close, and even the best UK casino reviews can become outdated before search results reflect the change. The brands below are no longer available, so we have kept a short note on each and pointed you at an active casino with a similar feel. We do not rate closed sites and we do not link to them. Status and dates come from the UK Gambling Commission public register, regulatory notices and closure notifications from operators direct to us; last reconciled 26/10/2026.

If a casino you used has closed, any available balance or pending withdrawal may still be owed to you, subject to the operator’s terms and any insolvency process. Contact the operator first, and if that goes nowhere, escalate to the alternative dispute resolution body named in its terms. These organisations are also known as approved ADR providers, and their logos can usually be found in the footer of every legitimate casino site.
Where to Start With a Casino Review
If you are looking for a new place to play, read the licence and payout sections first and the bonus headline last. The offer headline is promotional, whereas the terms and withdrawal process have a greater practical effect on your gaming sessions. That is why you should read new casino reviews structured in this order, so you can compare the most important details easily.
Frequently Asked Questions About the Best Casino Reviews
